sales transformation services

about us

Questpoint provides sales transformation services to the corporate marketplace.

We provide practical sales consultancy services at all levels, including short term support to address tactical issues and undertaking strategic reviews of key parts of your organisation’s sales processes. You may even want to outsource some of your sales and marketing problems to us!

We pride ourselves on achieving transformative results.

In order to help you achieve those results we will roll our sleeves up and serve as an integral part of your team.

And because we are confident that we can deliver transformation we are able to offer innovative commercial arrangements based upon a risk / reward model that is right for you.

Where gaps or weaknesses in your sales teams are preventing improvements in revenue growth and profitability we can provide a full suite of tailored sales training courses to meet your needs.

Should sales personnel issues remain even after the rollout of our training and coaching programme then we can provide a selection and recruitment service to get the right sales people into your business; new, dynamic people who truly are able to meet your agreed strategic sales objectives.

Our sales method provides a strategic sales approach. Ideally all of our customers will have already implemented a well-considered and designed sales methodology such as Miller Heiman’s. However, there are often particular “pain points” or “sales blockers” that need to be tactically and quickly addressed in the short term.

Questpoint specialises in troubleshooting and solving such “sales blockers”; whilst always remaining utterly focused on the tactical assignment we always work within Miller Heiman’s strategic framework.

Consider working with Questpoint to develop and optimise your strategic sales method which should shape how your sales process and personnel operate at each step on the sales cycle.

To win new and develop existing clients by consistently exceeding expectations; to reliably deliver against our clients’ strategic business and profitability goals by designing and driving intelligent transformation to ensure optimisation of sales methods, systems and professionals

Our mission is to transform our clients’ corporate sales function. We do this by supporting our clients in meeting business, sales and profitability targets by eliminating short term selling “pain points” and by bringing to bear a rigorous strategic sales method in the longer term
